If you have a high resolution screen, you may experience this with obs:
I struggle with this so many times. My recordings didn’t show the full screen.
The fix is quite simple:
Simple right click on your Display Capture, Select Transform and Click on Fit To screen.
Now the screen is displayed as expected:
